Factory Authorized Service for Pendulum Audio and NonLinearAudio products.
for Pendulum Audio go HERE.
We manufacture (from time to time) NonLinearAudio products and if you have one of our units that is not working for you, you can send it here and it will be repaired. Unless there is some obvious sign of abuse or hackery (i.e. some tech doing componet "upgrades" when what we put in to our product is very specific and intentional) we will do these repairs and updates for free - all you pay is shipping.
All work has to be set up in advance - this is not a retail walk in repair shop - to get started just send an email with some basic info, which NonLinearAudio product you have and some description of whatever the infirmity/service requirement is - and then we look at scheduling - start with that email and we go from there.
We are NOT taking in any other service/repair work - the shop is fully engaged with ongoing custom project work - we have no recommendations to make regarding alternative service repair operations.

We do NOT (or no longer) offer service of/to/for... audiophile or home HiFi gear; guitar, bass and instrument amplifiers other than my own; most keyboard instruments and synths; AD/DA converters; current or recent mass market "pro-audio" gear; digital recorders (ADAT, DAT, CDR, MO, etc); many older analog home tape machines; all but a few specific loudspeaker systems, none of them considered as audiophile; microphones; neve consoles, desks, modules other than my own; AMS/Neve commodity product; most large format consoles in general (a lot of this stuff is just aging out - oh yes, it was great when we were all new, but there comes a time); synchronizers; most fader automation systems; car sound systems; "white glove" residential AV system installs; radio receivers and transmitters; geophysical measurement equipment (shakers and geophones); film and digital cameras; video recorders; vacuum lamination ovens; carrier current RF transmitters; data and analog logging recorders; alarm systems; elevator control systems; agricultural chemical application equipment; petrochemical process control and instrumentation; SCIENCE PROJECTS which are crazy lashups of ancient gear heavily modified by others; remote measurement and data acquisition systems; computers and peripherals other than mine own; small and large gas engine rebuilds; sports car restorations; household appliances (other than ones I own); flat screen televisions and monitors; and more - these are just things that come to mind as I type... I have done all of these things - but...
it's not that I don't care - there are just limits on what I have time for ...
